Rahul Dravid replaced as India A and U-19 head coach
Sitanshu Kotak has been appointed as the head coach of India-A and Paras Mhambrey under-19 team. However, both of them have been assigned this responsibility for the next few months.
Rahul Dravid was made the head coach of India A and the Under-19 team (Under-19) in 2015. From then on he held these positions.
According to an ICC report, former Saurashtra batsman Kotak will play the role of India A’s head coach and batting coach. He will work in the team along with former India off-spinner Ramesh Powar, who has been appointed bowling and fielding coach.
Former India fast bowler Paras Mahamre will be the chief and bowling coach of the under-19 team at the Asia Cup to be held in Colombo in September.
He has worked with Dravid for a long time in India-A and Under-19 team. He will be joined by former Indian batsmen Hrishikesh Kanitkar and Abhay Sharma. Both of them have been appointed batting and fielding coaches.
